There might be additional fees that are charged by our carriers for your shipments. Including but not limited to:

• Extended Delivery Area Fee. This is charged for remote delivery areas that the carrier has to use other agents to deliver your packages.
• Saturday Pick Up Fee. Pick up of your packages by our carriers are free Monday through Friday. If you schedule a pick up on a Saturday or Sunday, you will be charged additional pick up fee.
• Address Correction Fee. This fee is charged if the recipient address is not correct or the address has missing information.
• Return Shipping Fee. This fee is charged if the package is returned back to you for any reason including but not limited to: Shipment rejected by recipient, unpaid duties and taxes, undeliverable package, business closed or non existent, prohibited items, rejected by customs, recipent did not present required customs clearance documents like invoices, permits etc.
• All of the above fees are charged by our carriers, FEDEX and UPS and we have no control over these fees.

We ship all of our packages by air working together with our partners FED-EX, UPS, and Various Airlines. We ship large volumes of parcels with these companies which ensures us very competitive rates which we pass on to you.

Since we ship by air and use major shipping companies, our transit time is usually between 2 to 5 business days. There could be delays due to Airlines, Customs Clearance, and Public holidays in the destination country which is out of our control. Our main objective is to deliver your parcels as soon as possible.

It’s very easy to prepare a shipment with our company.

  • First, you get a fast free online quote of your shipping costs through our website.
  • Then you have us collect your parcel or have it delivered to any of our warehouses.
  • We will update you once your package arrives at the agreed destination.
  • You can either schedule a pick-up online or drop off your packages at one of our collection points.
  • You pay on collection.

The following items are not acceptable for carriage to any international destinations unless otherwise indicated. (Additional restrictions may apply depending on destination. Various regulatory clearances in addition to customs clearance may be required for certain commodities, thereby extending the transit time.

  • APO/FPO addresses.
  • C.O.D. shipments.
  • Human corpses, human organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains.
  • Explosives
  • Firearms, weaponry, and their parts.
  • Perishable foodstuffs and foods and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control.
  • Live animals (including insects).
  • Plants and plant material, including cut flowers.
  • Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by local, state, provincial or national law.
  • Money (coins, cash, currency, paper money and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks, bonds and cash letters).
  • Collectable coins and stamps.
  • Pornography.
  • Hazardous waste, including, but not limited to, used hypodermic needles or syringes or other medical waste.
  • Shipments that may cause damage to, or delay of, equipment, personnel or other shipments.
  • Shipments that require us to obtain any special license or permit for transportation, importation or exportation.
  • Shipments whose carriage, importation or exportation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
  • Shipments with a declared value for customs in excess of that permitted for a specific destination. (See the Declared Value for Carriage and Limits of Liability section.)
  • Dangerous goods except as permitted under the Dangerous Goods section of these terms and conditions.
  • Dead animals (including insects) or animals that have been mounted.
  • Packages that are wet, leaking or emit an odor of any kind.
  • Hazardous waste, including, but not limited to, used hypodermic needles or syringes or other medical waste.
  • Shipments that may cause damage to, or delay of, equipment, personnel or other shipments.
  • Shipments that require us to obtain any special license or permit for transportation, importation or exportation.
  • Shipments whose carriage, importation or exportation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
  • Shipments with a declared value for customs in excess of that permitted for a specific destination. (See the Declared Value for Carriage and Limits of Liability section.)

We are not liable for delay of, or damage to a shipment of any prohibited item.

We take the utmost care of your packages during shipping, but it is possible that they might be damaged during shipping. It is very important to use sturdy packing materials like double-walled cardboard boxes and protective fillers to ensure the safety of the package contents. In case of damage, you can file a damage claim by contacting us.

Each package needs to pass through the Customs at the destination country. This is where they are checked by the government officials to make sure that the packages do not contain illegal substances and also assess duties and taxes according to the value of the contents of the packages.
